As I started writing books, many things came across my mind, like -
Who will publish my book?
Who will buy my book?
Whenever I start thinking about these questions, I stop writing, and a thinking process starts. After thinking a lot on these things, I found that this is a general question of all the upcoming and new writers. So, I thought to find something interesting which makes my dream possible.
After searching many stuff and came across many sites and terms, I found POD and Self Publishing and Advertising.
Self Publishing means publishing of a book by the authors themselves, rather than by established third-party publishers. Similarly, Print on Demand is about printing things only when there is a demand; instead of keeping an inventory.Print on Demand changes the scenario. With POD you can print directly from the files created and stored on computers.
Print on Demand is essentially digital printing with high end production printing machines supported by a system which can streamline and automate the process of printing books and documents. While digital printing has been around for a while, its application was limited to document printing.
Self publishing and advertising is something in which we can publish our work online with the help of sites copyright and you can get feedback from many other authors and readers. Also these sites provide Print on Demand facilities to print any number of your books and delivered to the buyer.
Some of the websites I came across is
I found both these sites are very good for self publishing and Print on Demand. Have a look into these sites and enjoy self publishing!!!
